New Year, Next Chapter: Robyn’s Vision for 2026
Robyn Sztyndor reflects on the 2026 new year.
There’s something refreshing about the first week of January; the quiet before the year really begins. Even when it is hard to remember what you do for work after the holiday break. There is also a sense of possibility, and the chance to put all those New Year’s Eve reflections into motion. Plus, January always feels like the longest month.
Coming out of 2025, a year filled with taking on new professional challenges; I’m heading into 2026 with more intention than ever. I don’t want this year to be about “busyness.” I want it to be about purpose. About choosing the right things, and not just more things. Helping my daughter achieve her goals by making sure she understands that nothing is achieved overnight. It takes a lot of hard continued work to get anything done.
Expanding My Education
If there’s one theme in my life, it’s that I somehow keep enrolling in more schooling and certifications, even though I once dreamed of escaping homework forever. The irony is not lost on me.
This year, I’m working toward finalizing the additional certifications that will deepen my expertise in coding, billing, and healthcare compliance. Afterall, they are the backbone of the consulting work I’ve been building. It’s challenging, but in the best kind of way. The kind that makes you feel like you’re leveling up and not burning out.
Growing Healthcare Trial Experts
2026 is the year I take Healthcare Trial Experts to the next stage.
Last year was all about laying the foundation: infrastructure and a vision that blended legal strategy with technical precision. This year is about expanding it: more clients, more collaboration, more hands-on consulting for attorneys navigating allograft, billing, and medical-legal complexities.
It feels exciting to step into a space I’ve spent years preparing for, even when I didn’t know it.
Finding Balance
Of course, no new year would be complete without acknowledging the one goal I chase every single January: balance.
More deep breaths.
More time with people who matter.
More space to enjoy the parts of myself that don’t get listed on a résumé.
I want 2026 to include more dinners with friends, more little adventures, and maybe even a few nights where I sit down at a piano and just let myself play — imperfectly, wholeheartedly, and without worrying what comes next.
Looking Ahead
If 2025 taught me anything, it’s that you can reinvent yourself at any stage.
And if 2026 has a theme, it is: growth with grace.
Learning without rushing.
Ambition with boundaries.
Joy mixed with discipline.
I’m stepping into this year with gratitude, excitement, and an open mind. I can’t wait to see where it leads.
Here’s to the next chapter.
